Registering and Recording Your Service Hours
By Cheng | September 7, 2008
For all current and incomming P-CEP NHS members, this year we’re trying something new and sweet. Most of our announcements, schedules, and calendars will now take place online through this website. Also, we are currently polishing up a system for you to record your community service hours. Here’s what to do:
- First, click the ‘Register’ link under the Account Login tab.
- Register your username in the following format: “first_last” e.g. “shawn_ mccormick” Notice that all of the letters are lowercased, no matter what and that each is separated by an underscore.
- Then, enter a valid email address so that you may receive your login credentials. It’s critical that you enter the email you use most frequently, it will also be used to send announcements and reminders.
- Choose your current grade level and follow through with the registration.
- Once you’re logged in, you should be in our website’s dashboard. From there, click on the ‘Profile’ link at the upper right corner of the navigation bar.
- In your profile page, update your Name, Nickname, Display Name, Contact Info, Password, etc.
- Also, notice that there’s is a text box for you to record your community service hours. Use the format given in this box to record any previous or current service records and note that if you don’t, you may not receive credit for your hours!
- Browse around, chat with comments, and have fun.

I have not been able to log my hours. I’ve tried like 4 different times, and each time it says incorrect date/time. I don’t know why, but it is annoying me.
If you have any ideas, let me know. Mrs. Savalox had no idea either.
Otherwise, I’ll bug you about it at the next NHS meeting.

No, don’t worry about it. That’s only for your personal use. I only use this website to update new info and events.
